Payroll Officer
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our supportive team!
The Role
The Payroll Officer is responsible for supporting the Senior Payroll Officer in the delivery and operation of the computer payroll system, and timely and accurate payment of wages to employees.
This role will report to the Group Manager, Engagement & Culture and dotted line to the CFO. You will help ensure timesheets and other records are processed appropriately and within deadlines to ensure staff are paid correctly. You will also assist in maintaining employee pay rates and allowances in accordance with relevant contracts.
We are looking for an individual with multiple years of experience in payroll and a strong passion for numbers. Your integrity and conduct will align with the confidentiality needs of the role, and you will be a great team player. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and engage effectively at all levels, therefore you will be able to communicate in a trustworthy and professional manner.
