The Role
CBay Café is recruiting! We have part-time opportunities available and are looking for team members to join our awesome team. The Café is open 7 days per week. We are a small but passionate team who are dedicated to delivering our wonderful customers an excellent café experience.
If you’re looking for a role where you have the opportunity to unleash your passion for delivering outstanding coffee to a broad range of customers, and your love of creating and presenting delicious café treats…this could be the role for you. You’ll be part of a multi-tasking team who thrive under pressure, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy café day.
Both roles are permanent part-time positions. We are also welcome to one successful candidate to cover both shifts.
1. The first position offers 8 hours per week: Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
2. The second position offers 8 hours per week: Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Bring your:
- Friendly smile and top notch customer service skills
- Great banter and a sense of humour
- Barista skills is a plus but not essential as full training will be given if you’re the right person
- Strong focus on safe food hygiene and food preparation
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills, as a community hub we deal with a variety of people of all ages and cultures.
