The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will inspire and encourage the team to be their best and do their best! You will be empowered with the responsibility to assess current processes and procedures and implement improved systems and processes for better efficiency and higher productivity. You will work with the team to devise processes and plans that will reduce cost, increase accuracy and relevance of information provided whilst creating value to its customers in every way possible.
In this role, you will access the effectiveness of the current processes and map a more effective way to achieve service excellence through driving optimal performance in both financial performance and accountability. This role will require you to improve systems and processes continually to suite the evolving customer needs.
The Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will provide Business Units with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, performance monitoring and analysis that contribute to successful and financially sustainable business partnering services, along with insightful analysis and support.
The Senior Finance Business Partner is a key leadership role that will go beyond the numbers to ensure the team delivers high-quality, robust financial advice and insight.
The Requirements
CA/CPA qualified - you are a highly motivated and commercially focused individual who is committed to making a difference and driving improved outcomes for the organisation you work for. You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in financial systems accounting with exposure to systems implementation and business intelligence. You will have demonstrable experience in building and improving the functionality of the ERP as well as creating and streamlining reporting systems and processes.
The role will require you to play an integral part between Finance and IT and manage multiple projects and stakeholders across the wider organisation. You possess exceptional communication, and influencing skills with a proven track record of driving a positive change throughout a business. A numbers person at heart, you have tremendous enthusiasm for continuous improvement. Your high level of intellect and drive coupled with your appetite for challenge will ensure your success in this fantastic role.
