External communications will focus on helping people realise the ‘hidden value’ of many of the services they use every day, and helping run public campaigns about activities that people can do. Internal communications will focus on the messages that go out to our various work groups physically located in different areas, from the pools at CBay to our waste management facilities, to help keep everyone in the loop. All facets of the role will have a whole-of-organisational approach, ensuring high quality, effective and streamlined communications.
