The Role / Person
TDC have an awesome opportunity for a keen administrator to join our Infrastructure Consents team!
Your challenge will be the vetting, lodgment, coordination and administration of a range of Infrastructure Consents including Services Consents, Agreement of Licence to Occupy the Road Reserve, Engineering Design and Non-Compliant Crossings.
This role works with a range of Units across TDC to ensure efficient and accurate processing of infrastructure components in resource consents, building consents and land information memorandums.
We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running, is able to pick up new systems and has proficient administration and computer skills. You’ll also have the ability to work well in a small (but mighty) team and have exceptional communication skills - both verbally and written.
An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, statutory obligations set out in a number of Local Government Acts is key.
